A graduate of CCA in San Francisco with over 20 years of experience, Diego can create custom menus utilizing his vast knowledge of world cuisines while sourcing the freshest, locally raised and sustainable, produce, meat, poultry and seafood. As a full-service company, Memphis Catering & Events has artfully produced large scale, outdoor events, weddings, and corporate luncheons as well as intimate, wine-paired dinner parties and backyard barbecues.
